What NSYGHT collects when you visit nsyght.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy covers nsyght.com, operated by NSYGHT, a digital marketing agency based in Austin, Texas ("NSYGHT," "we," "us"). It explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign with each client, not by this page.
When you fill out the contact form, we collect what you enter. That can include your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, website, industry, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
We use this information to reply to you, scope and quote work you ask about, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
Our own pages do not set advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies where it runs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We share information only with the service providers that run the site (Netlify and Google, as described above) or when the law requires it. Links to outside sites, such as our podcast on Buzzsprout, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, or our social profiles, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
We keep contact form submissions and email for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Reach us at our contact page or (512) 240-2206 and we will take care of it.
This site is meant for business owners and marketers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
