Famous for the world's tallest Shiva statue, this beach town lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is also famous for the Murudeshwara Temple.

Chiplun is a city and a municipal council in Ratnagiri district in the state of Maharashtra, India. Located on the Mumbai–Goa highway (NH-17) in western India. The city is about 320 km south of Mumbai in the Konkan region of Maharashtra. It is an industrial town catering to mostly pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It is a major stop on the Konkan Railway. The name Chiplun means "The abode of Lord Parshuram".

Cavelossim Mobor, Goa, India

Located in South Goa about 11 km south of the famous Colva beach, the beaches of Cavelossim and Mobor are known for their cleanliness and white sands with the occasional black lava rocks. While Cavelossim Beach lies between the Arabian Sea and the Sal River, Mobor is a few kilometers down.
